Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across dining areas.
Assign tables, manage staff schedules, and provide on-the-spot guidance to waitstaff during service shifts.
Maintain high standards of guest interaction, promptly addressing concerns and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate specials, service expectations, and operational updates.
Monitor inventory of front-of-house supplies, report shortages, and assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant environment, with at least one year in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong command of food and beverage knowledge, including wine service, menu composition, and allergen awareness.
Proven ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and resolve conflicts professionally.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus but not required.
