Market and business development manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire process of Hong Kong restaurant site selection, construction planning, and license application

• Communicate and coordinate with relevant Hong Kong government departments, owners and partners to ensure project compliance and efficient progress

• Participate in the development of Hong Kong market strategy, and provide localization advice to domestic brands

• Responsible for cross-regional and cross-departmental coordination to ensure that the new store runs smoothly from preparation to opening

Responsibilities:

• More than 5 years of business development, market research or project management experience in the food and beverage industry

• Familiar with the application process and relevant regulations for food and beverage licenses, those with practical experience are preferred

• Familiar with the internal operation mode and corporate culture of the catering industry, those who have cross-border cooperation experience between the mainland and Hong Kong are preferred.

• Have excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and cross-regional team collaboration experience

• Able to adapt to the frequent back and forth between Hong Kong and Guangdong, with Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English communication skills

• Have strong organizational and leadership skills, be able to independently push forward projects and take responsibility
