Lead the entire process of Hong Kong restaurant site selection, construction planning, and license application
Communicate and coordinate with relevant Hong Kong government departments, owners and partners to ensure project compliance and efficient progress
Participate in the development of Hong Kong market strategy, and provide localization advice to domestic brands
Responsible for cross-regional and cross-departmental coordination to ensure that the new store runs smoothly from preparation to opening
Responsibilities:
More than 5 years of business development, market research or project management experience in the food and beverage industry
Familiar with the application process and relevant regulations for food and beverage licenses, those with practical experience are preferred
Familiar with the internal operation mode and corporate culture of the catering industry, those who have cross-border cooperation experience between the mainland and Hong Kong are preferred.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and cross-regional team collaboration experience
Able to adapt to the frequent back and forth between Hong Kong and Guangdong, with Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English communication skills
Have strong organizational and leadership skills, be able to independently push forward projects and take responsibility
