Requirements

• Degree in HR discipline
• above 5 years of HR experience in a sizable organization
• Knowledge of HR ordinances in Hong Kong
• Experience in compensation and benefits for China and Southeast Asia is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet skills
• Excellent command of English & Cantonese (verbal & written)

Job Duties

• Oversee and implement HR practices in compliance with local regulations
• Manage payroll, benefits, and tax administration
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and resignations
• Administer group insurance and provident fund plans
• Monitor legal changes regarding payroll and benefits
• Assist in performance appraisals and maintain employee records
• Coordinate staff functions and training programs
• Support recruitment in Vietnam
• Assist HK employees with work permits and tax administration
• Provide backup on compensation and benefits, focusing on payroll and taxation
• Organize company events
