Personal Assistant

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Manage and maintain the executives and family calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as create powerpoint presentations.</strong></li><li><strong> Assist with personal errands, and event planning</strong></li><li><strong>Manage household vendors, service providers and contractors</strong></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor Degree or Equivalent</strong></li><li><strong>Min 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant</strong></li><li><strong>Proficient in English is a MUST </strong></li><li><strong>Able to travel will be ESSENTIAL </strong></li><li><strong>Immediately available is PREFERRED </strong></li></ul>
