Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for teaching elementary school students mathematics, according to their age and learning ability to design appropriate teaching plans.

2. Regularly communicate with parents, report students’ learning progress and classroom performance, and provide improvement suggestions to promote students’ growth.
3. Assist in managing the classroom environment, ensure classroom order, and create a good learning atmosphere for students.
4. Prepare teaching plans and related teaching materials, and flexibly use various teaching methods to enhance students’ interest and understanding of mathematics.

Requirements:
1. Hold a relevant educational background or mathematics professional degree, with basic knowledge and skills in elementary school mathematics teaching.
2. Passionate about education, patient and compassionate, good at interacting with children and stimulating their learning motivation.
3. Have good communication skills, be able to effectively maintain contact with parents and clearly express students’ learning situations.
4. Voluntarily cooperate with the completion of the Sexual Conviction Record Check, in accordance with the safety standards for working with children.
5. Relevant teaching experience is preferred, especially those who have previously conducted primary school mathematics tutoring or education work.
