Key Responsibilities
Strategize, create, and publish high-performing content (key visuals, short/long-form videos, carousels, etc.) optimized for each platform's best practices — with strong emphasis on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — to maximize reach, engagement, retention, and follower growth.
Produce compelling video content using proven hooks, storytelling techniques, and visual elements to boost view-through rates, shareability, and algorithmic performance.
Analyze performance data and audience insights to inform creative direction; collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop conversion-focused marketing assets and campaigns.
Build and nurture vibrant online communities through proactive engagement, timely responses, conversation-starters, and loyalty-building initiatives.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (including UGC, interactive formats, and personalized content) to achieve strong ROI and business goals.
Partner closely with internal teams, influencers, and agencies on content ideation, production, and execution.
Monitor, track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics; deliver actionable recommendations to continuously improve results.
Keep ahead of emerging trends, platform algorithm updates, competitor strategies, and industry shifts; proactively suggest optimizations and new opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline.
At least 1–3 years of professional experience in social media management (more senior candidates welcome; title flexible based on experience).
Proven success in growing and managing audiences across major platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok essential).
Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (or equivalent tools like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and strong ability to turn data into actionable campaign insights.
Experience or strong interest in the finance industry is highly advantageous (regulatory knowledge a bonus).
Excellent copywriting skills with a creative, visually oriented mindset; graphic/video editing abilities (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Canva) preferred.
Detail-focused yet able to balance analytical thinking with bold creative ideas.
Familiarity with social media scheduling/analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, native insights) and comfort using them daily.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency strongly preferred for audience engagement in Hong Kong).
