Technical Support

Duties:

2. Provide pre-sales POC technical support to partners, and conduct on-site POC;
3. Responsible for providing customers with on-site installation, deployment, and customer training services for products;

Requirements:
1. Computer-related major, bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 3 years of IT-related on-site installation, technical support experience, those who have privilege account-related product technical support work experience are preferred;
3. Good communication skills in Cantonese and English;
4. Familiar with Linux and Windows, familiar with shell and python programming;
5. Have basic network troubleshooting skills;
6. Good communication and logical thinking skills;
7. Have good customer service awareness.
