Microservices Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

A. Platform management work

1. Provide professional technical support and end-to-end management for the Red Hat Open Platform (OpenShift)/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service (Redis) platform;

2. Coordinate daily operations of the platform, including continuous process optimization, capacity planning, and availability management;

3. Handle platform migration, addition, change, etc. daily demand applications, ensure that various change needs are implemented on time;

4. Investigate and solve platform-related faults and sudden problems;

II. Project Management

1. Lead responsible for the upgrade and functional optimization of the company's local Red Hat Open Platform / Kafka / Remote Dictionary Service Platform;

3. During major project implementation, ensure that platform daily business delivery is not affected and minimize service interruption risks.

Three. Service point management

1. Serve as the service responsible person for the Red Hat Open Platform/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service Platform, formulate platform development strategies and coordinate management;

2. Continuously evaluate the platform's running state and related processes, propose optimization suggestions and drive them to implementation;

3. Closely monitor industry technology development trends and emerging technologies, and continuously improve platform technical capabilities and service levels.

1. Collaborate with group leaders to deploy and implement group-level Red Hat Open Platform/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service solution;

2. Ensure that the construction and operation of the company's local platform are in line with the group's overall strategic planning and development goals;

3. Participate in group-related projects and strategic planning work, and provide professional advice on Red Hat Open Platform/Café/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service-related work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in information technology, communications engineering or related fields;

2. Have 5 years or more of experience in managing the Red Hat Open Platform/Cafka/Remote Dictionary Service Platform, with preference given to those with banking or financial services industry work experience;

3. Proficient in Red Hat Open Platform/Café/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service-related technologies, and familiar with cloud computing-related technical knowledge;

4. Have extensive supplier management and contract negotiation practical experience;

5. Preference will be given to those with project management-related professional certificates;

6. Have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to high-pressure work environments;

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for efficient cross-team collaboration;

8. Have multiple project management skills, able to reasonably plan work priorities and promote efficiently.
