<div>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Provide professional Hong Kong IANG visa renewal services, assist customers in preparing relevant documents and ensure compliance with government requirements.<br>2. Provide comprehensive consultation services to those who are interested in immigration or further study, including school application and immigration policy analysis.<br>3. Follow up on customers’ application progress, regularly update customers on the application status, and ensure a transparent and efficient process.<br>4. Instantly process various inquiries from customers, answer their questions on visas, immigration and further study, and enhance customer satisfaction.<br>5. Maintain good customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up services, promoting long-term cooperation with customers.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have fluent Mandarin skills, able to effectively communicate with customers from different backgrounds.<br>2. At least hold a sub-bachelor's degree, bachelor's or master's degree holders are preferred, and those with relevant educational backgrounds will be given additional points.<br>3. Have excellent communication skills, be patient and professional in handling customer needs, and build trust relationships.<br>4. Careful and responsible, able to complete work tasks independently, and ensure that every step is handled properly.<br>5. Priority will be given to those who come to Hong Kong to study or those who are newly arrived, those who have a good understanding of local policies and culture are even better. Those who hold insurance industry 1 and 3 licenses will also receive extra favor.<br><br>Benefits:<br>1.
