Application Operations Engineer

Duties:

1. Fully responsible for the management and coordination of the business operation team, ensuring the team's efficient operation to meet the business requirements.

3. Work closely with the product development team, participate in the construction, deployment and operation of the application, and provide professional technical support and solutions.

4. Responsible for optimizing and standardizing the operation and maintenance process, improving operation and maintenance efficiency and quality, and reducing operation and maintenance costs.

5. Monitor and analyze system performance, promptly identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure business stability.

Requirements:

2. Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, with extensive experience in AWS cloud environment and tools, able to configure, manage and optimize AWS environment with ease.

4. Familiar with WebSocket technology, able to quickly identify and solve connection interruptions, message loss, etc. common problems.

5. Have rich CDN operation and maintenance experience, familiar with CDN configuration, management, monitoring and alarm systems, and ensure high availability and fast distribution of content.

6. Proficient in CI/CD processes, with experience in deploying and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.

7. Familiar with Kubernetes (K8s) technology, with experience in deploying and managing large clusters using K8s, especially Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).

8. Proficient in Linux system operations, familiar with multiple Linux distributions, with rich experience in system configuration, installation and maintenance, and skilled in Linux command line tools and script writing.
