Duties include:
1.Assist in the daily operation and maintenanceofservice renewal management and coordinate the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
2.Assist in data entry and collation to ensure accuracy and timely update.
3.Responsible forITroutine jobs, reports & meeting arrangement.
4.Prepare, update, and reviewITrelated documents.
5.Handle enquiry from external and internal parties.
6.Communicate with users and solve outstanding issues.
7.Responsible Ad-hoc duties/project asassigned.

Position requirements
1.Diploma, Higher Diploma orAssociate Degree or equivalent.
2.Relevant working experience inITsupport orAssistant, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3.A fast learner with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, good at reporting and self-management.
4.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua preferred)
5.Detail-minded, energetic, positive attitude, team player.
6.Fresh graduates are welcomed.
1. Diploma, advanced diploma or associate degree or equivalent academic qualifications.
2.IT support or assistant related work experience, familiar with office software.
3. Strong learning ability, good at analysis, solving problems, interpersonal communication and coordination, and good at reporting and self-management.
4. Good Chinese and English speaking and writing skills (Mandarin fluency is preferred).
5. Pay attention to details, be energetic, positive, and team-oriented.
