Station staff

Responsible for directing and guiding the exchange of electric vehicles on site to ensure that vehicles enter and exit the exchange area in an orderly manner.

Check the charging station passage, site and surrounding facilities to ensure normal vehicle passage and safe charging.

Perform daily environmental maintenance work, keep the charging station clean and operating smoothly.

Responsible for the daily operation and management of the charging station, including the preliminary judgment and handling of common faults.

Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance according to regulations, record relevant data and promptly report abnormal situations.

Properly communicate and handle various user needs and questions raised during the battery exchange process.

Assist the maintenance engineer in fault diagnosis, equipment repair and project modification work.

Completely record the operation and maintenance data of the charging station to ensure accurate and traceable data.

Comply with the temporary or special tasks assigned by the superior.

Primary 6 or above, those with suitable conditions may have their academic qualifications relaxed.

Applicants with charging stations, swapping stations, electricians or repair shops related work experience will be given priority.

Fluent in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin communication skills.

Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate with users, maintenance personnel and other relevant parties.

Able to adapt to a 6-day work schedule, with shift work; initially assigned to day shifts, later possibly required to rotate through night shifts.

Monthly salary of 28K, with specific compensation based on qualifications and experience to be negotiated.
