Full-time makeup sales - store manager

<p>$18K-50k/month (commission + base salary, more work for more pay)</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Have at least 2 years of beauty sales or retail experience.</p><p>- Highly enthusiastic about sales work, proactive and positive attitude.</p><p>- Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal interaction skills, and be able to effectively establish customer relationships.</p><p>- Have a sincere attitude of service, be hard-working, responsible, and have a spirit of teamwork.</p><p>- Good writing and speaking skills in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills.</p><p>- Must be able to work independently.</p><p></p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>- Responsible for skin care product sales, achieve sales targets.</p><p>- Build good relationships with customers, understand their beauty and skin care needs, provide professional advice and personalized services.</p><p>- Introduce product features and benefits, and help customers choose suitable products.</p><p>- Maintain store cleanliness and product display order to ensure a good shopping environment.</p><p>- Assist with daily operations of the store, including cash register, inventory management, product replenishment and sales records.</p><p></p><p>Benefits:</p><p>- Unlimited commission</p><p>- Employee shopping discounts</p><p>- Attendance bonus</p><p>-Birthday leave</p><p></p><p>Working hours</p><p>-Working 5-6 days per week</p><p>-Monday to Friday: 12:00-08:30</p><p>-Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 11:30-21:30</p><p></p><p>Working location</p><p>- Kowloon Bay</p>
