Japanese AFURI Ramen Restaurant Hiring - RAMAN CHEF I/II/III Full-time Ramen Chef- Monday to Sunday (Monthly salary up to HK$19,000 –HK$23,000 depending on experience and position) (New store opening at Sheung Shing Plaza, causeway bay)

Responsibilities:

1. Strictly follow the recipe and make it on time

2. Check the quality of ingredients and be responsible for production preparation to ensure that there are enough ingredients on the workbench to meet production needs

3. Ensure consistent portion sizes and meet the company's quality requirements

4. Check tools and equipment are clean and working

5. Monitor hygiene and follow safety rules

Requirements:

1. At least 2 yearsRamenOr Japanese kitchen experience

2. Able to work alone and in groups

3. Follow established production procedures, recipes, presentation, and sanitation rules

4. Maintain efficiency and organize work in a busy environment

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately

Salary and benefits:
