Business & Finance Manager (50K +)

Job Description

Monitor financial performances of new projects in the start-up phase

Assist in statutory audit and Ensure compliance with accounting and statutory reporting requirements.

Oversee and coordinate timely cash flow forecast

Communicate and co-ordinate with potential investors and external parties for financing and fund-raising operations for new projects

Liaise with external parties (lawyers, auditors, bankers and other professionals) on various financial and compliance matters

Support other ad-hoc business assignments and projects as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related disciplines.

HKICPA, ACCA, or CPAA Qualified or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in financial/ business planning and analysis with proven track record in merger and acquisitions, business strategy execution

Experience in listed companies and PRC companies is highly preferred.

Able to work independently, detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Fluent in written and oral communication (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
