售後工程師 (信息安全方向) Post-Sales Engineer (Cyber Security)

Duties:

Overall responsible for the delivery implementation work of technical solutions/products/services assigned to the project such as delivery plan writing, installation deployment, configuration and debugging, ensuring successful delivery according to contractual agreements;

Delivery scope includes various hardware equipment, software, and services related to information security; responsible for training customers and completing project acceptance work;

Responsible for problem identification, functional verification, and upgrade handling during delivery implementation process, timely integration of internal resources, discovering and solving problems during the implementation process;

Responsible for collecting feedback and customer communication needs, continuously optimizing delivery plans and service processes; accumulating and enhancing delivery capabilities including network architecture, construction procedures, product delivery capability, customer service capability, etc.;

Maintain technology communication with suppliers in various fields of information security, quickly learn advanced delivery technologies/solutions from suppliers, establish good partnership relations, friendly cooperation achieving mutual benefits and complementarity;

Actively participate in vendor-related technical training arranged by the company and pass vendor-related certifications.

Requirements:

Graduated from an Information Technology-related major (not mandatory, plus points);

More than three years of experience in the B2B industry in the IT sector (including more than two years of experience in information security post-sales delivery implementation);

Good oral, written, and expression skills, English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), willing to interact with people at different levels;

Capable of professional post-sales delivery implementation, clear logic, good communication skills, quick learning ability, identifying requirements, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions;

Positive attitude, maintaining curiosity, good self-awareness, and continuous desire for self-improvement;

Good project management and organizational coordination abilities, capable of handling certain levels of work pressure;

Familiar with the fundamental theory and high-level application practices of at least one or more mainstream information security technologies/architectures/systems: such as system security, network security, data security, application security, code security, web security, cloud security, penetration testing, cryptography, PKI/CA, privileged account security, ATT&CK, DevSecOps, zero trust, grading protection, ISO27001, GDPR, etc.;

Familiar with the delivery implementation work of products/services/solutions from at least one or more mainstream information security vendors (no ranking order): such as DeepinTrust, QianAnXin, TianRongXin, 360 Digital Security, GreenGuard, QimingStar辰, Anheng, ShangShiWangKe, AsiaInfoSecurity, Tencent Security, Alibaba Security, etc.;

Rich experience in project delivery implementation and often playing a leading role (non-mandatory, plus points);

Holding relevant IT certification (non-mandatory, plus points);

Identify and report new customer demands during delivery implementation process, and promptly provide feedback; assist in maintaining customer relationships (non-mandatory, plus points).
