<p><br>Job Description:<br>We are dedicated to the research and design of speech and audio physiological signal processing algorithms todramatically improve the product experience through algorithms. Here, you will work with the most innovative people,keep up with the cutting-edge direction, and do innovative algorithmic research for unique products. You willexplore real user needs, research algorithmic prototypes, implement algorithmic solutions, and designalgorithmic applications for products.</p>
<p><br>Job Scope:<br>1. Responsible for the research of algorithms applied to acoustic devices and hearing aids, such as front-endprocessing, and sound effects, voice enhancement, active noise reduction, auditory scene analysis and otheracoustic and audiological algorithms, as well as algorithms for physiological signal processing and analysis, and<br>action classification and recognition;</p>
<p>2. Responsible for implementing the algorithms on the hardware platform to improve the function performanceand reliability of the algorithms;</p>
<p>3. Responsible for applying algorithms in products to enhance product advantages and user experience.</p>
<p><br>Job Requirement:<br>1. Master or PhD degree, majoring in acoustics, audiology, electrical engineering, electronic information,microelectronics, electronic information engineering, electrical engineering and automation, electronic science andtechnology, optoelectronic information science and engineering, signal and information processing;</p>
<p>2. Clear logical thinking, good at conjecturing, capable of quickly tracking the latest global scientificresearch results, and inspiring innovation;</p>
<p>3. Passionate about research, committed to commercializing research results, and gaining confidence fun andprofit from it;</p>
<p>4. Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, acoustics projects preferred</p>
