<p>Part-time Science Interest Class Admin Officer</p><ul><li>Responsible for daily administrative work and computer data input to ensure complete and accurate files</li><li>Regularly communicate with parents, update students’ attendance, and assist the instructor in organizing students’ learning reports</li><li>Organize course-related invoices, receipts, and registration materials, and properly archive them</li><li>Assist in preparing teaching materials and teaching supplies for each class, in accordance with the instructor's teaching needs</li><li>Support classroom daily operations, including introducing course content, taking care of the classroom environment and taking care of the classroom animals</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ol><li>Have at least 1 year of administrative work experience, those with education institutions or children-related industry experience are preferred</li><li>Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office, Google Workspace, familiar with Schooltrac and Canva is preferred</li><li>Personal attention to detail, patience, and ability to handle work independently and proactively solve problems</li><li>Like interacting with children, have a sense of love and responsibility, and be able to face daily tasks with a positive attitude</li><li>Good communication skills, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, understand Mandarin and basic English reading</li></ol><p><br>Benefits</p><ul><li>Hourly wage plus attendance bonus</li><li>Excellent performance can earn bonuses</li><li>Working location: Yuen Long</li></ul>
