Responsibilities:
Identify new clients and generate leads within the Commercial and Business Aviation market sector across APAC regions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across the region
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation or a related field
5+ years of sales experience preferably handling Aviation market
Fluent English and Mandarin speaking
Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and MS Office Suite
Strong network and relationships with aviation operators, OEMs, and key stakeholders across Asia would be an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proactive, independent and a good team player
Able to travel across Asia region including Greater China
