Cantonese Kitchen Upper Pavilion

Job Responsibilities:

•Supervise the order and timing of the dishes

•Ensure food quality and sanitation procedures meet company standards

•Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and hygienic

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Need to have experience in preparing Cantonese dishes

•Good Cantonese, able to read Chinese

Working hours:

• 10:00-22:00

• Need shift work and rotating breaks

• Work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals and a need to leave the field)

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui (near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station)

Monthly salary: $27,000-$30,000
