<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and enroll outstanding talents that meet the company's needs, ensuring a stable supply of human resources. <br><br>3. Design and manage compensation and benefits packages to ensure the system is competitive in the market, while also taking into account internal fairness and external attractiveness. <br>4. Maintain good employee relations, actively handle employee complaints and disputes, establish a harmonious work environment, and improve employee satisfaction and retention rates. <br>5. Process daily personnel and administrative affairs, including employee data management, attendance records, holiday arrangements, etc., to ensure that related work is efficiently and accurately carried out. <br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Hold relevant degrees or equivalent qualifications, especially those with human resources management, business administration or other relevant background are preferred. <br>2. At least five years of human resources management work experience, familiar with the operation of core modules such as recruitment, training, salary and benefits, and employee relations. <br><br>4. Be sensitive to data analysis, able to use scientific methods to evaluate the effectiveness of human resources policies, and continuously improve related processes and systems. <br>5. Familiar with local labor laws and policies, ensure that all human resources activities are compliant and legal, and reduce potential risks. <br><br></p>
