Job Description
As a Marketing and Sales Executive at Vision Pro, you will be a key driver of our growth. You will proactively acquire new clients, pitch our high-impact digital and social media services (including content creation, social media management, paid advertising, short-form video strategies, and more), and help businesses boost their brand visibility and sales revenue.

This hybrid role combines sales hustle (lead generation, pitching, closing deals) with marketing support (market research, proposal creation, and campaign insights). Ideal for someone passionate about digital trends, loves building relationships, and thrives on hitting targets in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold emails/calls, industry events, referrals, social platforms, and networking—focusing on SMEs, brands, e-commerce, F&B, and other businesses needing social media to drive sales.

• Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls/meetings to understand client pain points, marketing goals, budgets, and needs; propose customized digital & social media solutions that deliver measurable sales growth.

• Pitching & Proposals: Prepare compelling pitches, professional proposals, case studies, mock campaign ideas, and ROI forecasts to showcase how Vision Pro can increase clients’ sales and ROI.

• Sales Process Management: Handle the full sales cycle—from initial contact and negotiation to closing deals and smooth handover to the account/execution team.

• Client Relationship Building: Follow up with existing clients to nurture relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., adding paid ads to social management packages), and secure repeat/referral business.

• Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Meta Ads, etc.), competitor activities, and Hong Kong/cross-border market opportunities to inform strategies and pitches.

• Company Marketing Support: Assist in creating Vision Pro’s own social content, events, or webinars to build our brand as a go-to digital agency.

• Performance Tracking: Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM tools (e.g., Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion); report monthly on KPIs such as leads generated, meetings booked, deals closed, and revenue contributed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or account management (digital marketing agency, advertising, media sales preferred; strong fresh grads with sales drive considered).

• Solid understanding of digital & social media landscape: familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn; basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.

• Excellent bilingual communication skills: fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), with the ability to pitch confidently and write professional proposals/emails.

• Results-oriented mindset: comfortable with numbers, KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI), and sales targets.

• Personality fit: outgoing, proactive, energetic, resilient under pressure, team player, and adaptable in a young, dynamic startup environment.

• Nice-to-Haves: Experience running personal social media projects that drove real sales/results; basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics; existing network or client contacts in Hong Kong/China markets.
