<p>According to the company's overall strategy, responsible for formulating and implementing private domain (WeChat group and Whatsapp) operation plans, establishing and effectively operating online group purchase communities, aiming to enhance community activity and user stickiness;</p><p>Carefully plan and promote private domain group buying activities, including product selection strategy, pricing mechanism, promotion design and execution, and ensure that the activity goals and group buying sales targets are achieved;</p><p>Responsible for handling private domain channel customers' inquiries and after-sales service issues, ensuring timely response and efficient resolution of customer problems and complaints, and thus continuously improving customer satisfaction;</p><p></p><p>Maintain close cooperation with store operations, supply chain, etc. departments to ensure a smooth supply chain and delivery timeliness for group purchase goods, thereby further optimizing users' shopping experience.</p><p>Basic requirements: Have in-depth understanding of Hong Kong local consumption culture and consumption habits;</p><p>Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above;</p><p>Work experience: At least 2 years of private domain operation or relevant work experience, those with successful case or project experience will be given priority;</p><p>Professional skills: Proficient in community operation (WeChat groups and Whatsapp), data analysis and marketing strategy formulation, familiar with common tools and platforms for private domain operation;</p><p>Communication and coordination skills: Have excellent communication and coordination and execution abilities, and be able to effectively cooperate with team members and cross-departmental teams;</p><p>Language skills: Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and fluent in English;</p><p>Personal qualities: proactive, with good problem-solving and adaptation to change, able to maintain efficiency and innovation in a rapidly changing environment.</p><p></p>
