Responsible for daily administrative support and office management, including data input, file organization, archiving and electronic storage, ensuring data accuracy and system updates in a timely manner.
Verify and follow up on various bills and payment status, coordinate internal financial processes, and if necessary, go to the bank to handle account opening, payment, etc. external affairs.
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries, complaints or referrals, maintain a professional communication attitude, and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Assist with daily communication and information exchange between departments, use Outlook to schedule meetings, send and receive emails, and manage your schedule to maintain smooth office operations.
Support the temporary administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor, including document printing, letter mailing, office supplies management, and other logistics and coordination work.
Work requirements:
Have a higher diploma or associate degree, majoring in administration, business management or related fields, those with 1 to 3 years of clerical or administrative support work experience are preferred;
Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate daily in Mandarin and basic English; with good listening and expression skills, able to clearly understand and respond to various needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including basic formulas and table sorting), Outlook, and general computer application software; fast and accurate Chinese and English typing.
Benefits:
Five-day work week, daily working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, with one hour for lunch.
Monthly salary range is HKD 13,000 to 18,000, with specific salary negotiable based on experience and ability.
