3. Regularly inventory your stock, plan food usage wisely, avoid waste or shortages, and promptly suggest restocking.
4. Assist in maintaining kitchen environmental cleanliness and safety, comply with relevant food hygiene regulations and operating procedures, and reduce potential risks.
5. Efficiently handle orders during peak hours, optimize serving speed, and ensure smooth and unimpeded in-store operations.
Requirements:
1. Have basic cooking skills, familiar with the preparation method of Chinese-style noodles and rice, those who will be given priority.
2. Work attitude is serious and responsible, with good communication skills and team spirit, and able to complete tasks smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Relevant restaurant industry experience is preferred, especially for those who have a good understanding of kitchen operations.
4. Have flexible adaptability, be able to stay calm under high pressure, quickly solve problems to ensure work efficiency and quality.
5. Have a high awareness of food hygiene and safety, and be willing to learn and follow relevant regulations and internal rules.
