Implement a performance management system to oversee ongoing training and development needs for all warehouse staff, ensuring they are adequately addressed;
Supervise the warehouse team to ensure the daily operation running properly and meet KPIs;
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the accuracy of system, actual inventory of stock and allocate manpower resources;
Manage all the processes to ensure the quality and requirements are met;
Ensure hygiene standards are met in line with company requirements.Requirements:
Diploma holder in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
At least 5 years' experience in managing and leading a warehouse operations team (F&B or FMCG industry is preferred);
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with related parties;
Strong management and leadership skills to create a motivated team;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple competing priorities;
Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities;
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both Oral and written);
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
