System Engineer

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with virtualization and system monitoring tools.
• At least 2 years of basic knowledge of network equipment, Linux Servers, and Windows Servers; CCNA certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work based on a duty roster.
• Strong willingness to learn and a high sense of responsibility; proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee systems, identify, log, and report issues to senior management.
• Write and maintain operational instructions, ensuring system configurations are up to date.
• Carry out routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of systems and networks, develop policies for efficient work processes.
• Maximize system uptime and conduct evaluations to address inefficiencies in power and cooling systems.
• Implement security measures to mitigate downtime risks, provide client support services, and maintain documentation of procedures and user administration tasks.
