Key Accountabilities
-Provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD)
-Manage appointment diaries and schedules and coordinate business trips for the MD, screen communications and prioritize tasks effectively
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate smooth cooperation between the MD’s Office and all parties
-Prepare meeting agendas and take accurate minutes for management meetings
-Arrange and compile pre-board and board papers with meticulous attention to detail
-Handle confidential information with appropriate discretion and professionalism
Job Requirements
-Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial or a related discipline
-At least 6 years’ relevant secretarial or clerical support experience, previous experience in supporting senior executives is highly preferred
-Experience in liaising with senior management and executives across different organization levels
-Proven track record of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality standards
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
