Our client is looking for a Service Engineer to join their expanding team.
Job Responsibilities:
• To support users and manage incidents covering headquarters and branches.
• Provide users with first call resolution upon their first-time calls.
• Installing, configuring, and managing computer hardware, software, and printers.
• Diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues.
• Daily system health check and data backup.
• Log all incidents into the logging system.
• Responsible for tracking and routing incidents and requests.
Requirements:
• Diploma in computer science or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, servers, networking, and cable patching infrastructure.
• Experience in supporting Windows XP, Windows 7, Office 2003, Office 2007, Office 2010, and Office 2013.
• Ability to provide basic support for Active Directory and Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows 98, XP, and Windows 7/8.
