<p>Company Description: A leading telecommunications and IT solutions provider offering cutting-edge network infrastructure, cloud computing, and managed services for businesses across various industries.<br>Location: Kowloon Bay and Customer Office<br>Nature: Renewable Contract (12 months)</p> <p></p> <p>Job Title: <strong>Senior Network Engineer / Network Engineer</strong></p> <p></p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>• Support the operation of managed service solutions, including incident, problem, and change management.<br>• Provide Tier 2 technical support for managed service customers.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.</p> <p></p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.<br>• Minimum 8 years of experience in managed service projects, in-house IT support, vendor support, or Network Operations Center (NOC).<br>• Strong technical knowledge of networking products and solutions, including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Huawei.<br>• Must hold professional certifications such as CCIE and CCNP.<br>• Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework.<br>• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.<br>• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.<br>• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.</p>
