Responsible for the daily management and real-time update of customer data and file systems, ensuring information timeliness and consistency
Systematize the organization of paper and electronic documents, according to standard classification, archiving, cataloging and access management
Strictly verify customer basic information, contract records, contact details, etc. key contents, maintain data accuracy and integrity
Assemble and prepare basic data reports based on demand, assist the supervisor in business analysis and decision-making reference
Work requirements:
Secondary school graduation or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no need for relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office software
Have high levels of focus, attention to detail, and responsibility, and be able to handle repetitive but precise work tasks independently
Have good Chinese writing skills, be able to write internal documents and reports clearly; understanding Cantonese is a must, those with basic English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred
Have basic data classification logic and organizational skills, and be able to complete multiple parallel tasks in a specified time limit in an orderly manner
