According to the company's service standard SOP, complete customer accompaniment, processing matters, etc., such as round-trip accompaniment and delivery to the Hong Kong office and Immigration Bureau for certificate processing, Immigration Bureau certificate processing accompaniment, education accompaniment, Hong Kong baby accompaniment, business handling, driver's license handling, individual household handling, etc.;</p><p>2. Instantly respond, reply and handle customer problems, understand customer needs in real time and provide quality service, and maintain good customer relationships;</p><p>3. Support and assist the company's various reception, outdoor display, and promotional activities, and promote the establishment of the Galaxy brand image on a wider scale, igniting users' enthusiasm for the Galaxy brand, philosophy and product services;</p><p>4.
