Capital verification supervisor

One. Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the management and construction of the team, reasonably allocate work tasks, guide and supervise the daily work of the officers, and ensure that the team efficiently and accurately completes various fund verification tasks.

2. Recheck daily transaction data verification, fund flow statements and accounting reports for accuracy and completeness, and analyze and follow up on major or abnormal data to ensure the quality and compliance of financial statements.

3. Deeply involved in the process optimization of the funds flow management tool, combine team feedback to propose constructive suggestions, and enhance the automation level and risk control ability of the tool.

4. Improve the transaction risk monitoring system, identify potential risk points, develop emergency plans, and handle major fund security events and data leakage risks to ensure company fund and data security.

5. Responsible for handling major and complex customer account discrepancies, assisting with regular reconciliation and communication with key customers, establishing and maintaining long-term stable customer relationships, and improving customer trust and satisfaction.

6. Responsible for answering the difficult questions encountered by the specialist in the work, and providing professional training and development guidance.

II. Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, financial accounting, statistics, finance or Relevant professional background, with excellent English reading and writing abilities; those with intermediate accountants, CIA, etc. are preferred;

2. More than 5 years of experience in funds, finance, reconciliation or audit-related fields, with at least 1 year of team management or project management experience;

3. Proficient in Excel and other Office office software, able to use data analysis tables, functions, etc. for complex data analysis; those with SQL, Python or BI tool usage experience are preferred.

4. Have excellent logical thinking, risk insight and problem-solving skills, and be able to independently analyze and handle complex funding business problems.

5. Have strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and serious work style, and high degree of dedication, and have excellent team leadership, communication and coordination, and stress resistance abilities.

6. Have good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness, and be able to withstand a large amount of work pressure.
