(Digital Banking) Business Analyst

<p><u>Job Duties</u></p><p>- Collaborate with project teams to plan, execute, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the banking system migration & e-channels platform revamp projects. </p><p>- Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.</p><p>- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure UAT aligns with business requirements and timelines.</p><p>- Assist in training end-users and creating user documentation for the projects.</p><p>- Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting.</p><p>- Assist in ah-hoc tasks as assigned by team head.</p><p></p><p><u>Requirements</u></p><p>- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking system, UAT, or e-channels platform projects.</p><p>- Familiarity with e-channels platforms (e.g., retail / corporate online banking and products, mobile apps, pbanking systems and workflows) / leveraged forex and securities dealing processes / Bank’s securities products **</p><p>- Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)</p><p>- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</p><p>- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.</p><p>** - Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4 / </p><p>Experience to operate TTL - ST system would be an advantage</p><p></p>
