Officer, HR Administration (3 months contract)

<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>Act as a trusted HR advisor to business unit heads providing professional advice and solutions on HR issues and challenges which influence the employee productivity and employee satisfaction.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day support to the People Business Partner Team and assigned business units</li><li>Handle monthly reports, including management reports in the format of Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Support the staff engagement survey, including data consolidation and report preparation</li><li>Assist in facilitating year-end performance appraisal process, promotion and compensation processes</li><li>Support in organizing employee relations activities</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Training and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline</li><li>With at least 1 year of experience in the Human Resources, preferably with multinational / retail industry / healthcare industry</li><li>Experience in HRBP would be an advantage</li><li>Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), for Excel, knowledge in vlookup, pivot table & basic formulas</li><li>Immediately available preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Bupa offers 5 days’ work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefit, dental benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc.</strong><br><strong>Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
