Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • 1、Graduate from an IT-related major (not mandatory, plus points);
  • 2、3 years or more experience in the IT industry to B (including 2 years or more of IT pre-sales work experience);
  • 3、Good oral, written, and communication skills, English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), willing to deal with people at different levels;
  • 4、Possess professional pre-sales consultation capabilities, clear logic, good communication ability, quick learning, identifying needs, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions;
  • 5、Positive attitude, maintain curiosity, good self-awareness, and desire for continuous self-improvement;
  • 6、Have good project management and organizational coordination abilities, able to withstand certain levels of work pressure;
  • 7、Familiarity with the underlying technology principles and top-level application practices of any one or multiple mainstream IT technologies/fields: such as operating systems, network communications, databases, cloud computing, hyper-convergence, virtualization, application delivery (load balancing), DNS, big data, AI, smart office, smart city, etc.;
  • 8、Familiarity with any one or multiple mainstream IT vendors' IT products/services/solutions (no priority order): such as新华三,锐捷,华为,中科曙光,中科可控,海光信息,长城电脑,飞腾,联想,浪潮,SmartX,云宏,青云K8S,麒麟软件,达梦数据库,OceanBase,东方通,金山办公,Coremail,爱数,来也,云智慧,Yeastar,Yealink,腾讯云,阿里云,华为云, etc.;
  • 9、Rich project experience and often play a leading role (not mandatory, plus points);
  • 10、Has related IT technical certification (not mandatory, plus points);
  • 11、Assist in maintaining customer relationships (not mandatory, plus points).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team, follow up on business opportunities, communicate deeply with middle and high-level customers, understand their needs, combine industry experience and technical capabilities to actively find entry points, help match the company's solution with customer-side needs and smoothly implement them;
  • In the pre-sales phase of the project, act as the technical owner to lead all areas, take responsibility for the results of the pre-sales stage, and hand over the work well to colleagues in post-delivery;
  • Provide architecture consulting and design for all IT scenarios for customers, effectively convey the value of the product, present compelling product demonstrations;
  • Participate in bidding and tendering, create advantageous bid documents, presentation schemes, and complete final presentations;
  • Continuously conduct research and analysis on policies, industries, customers, and other business situations, output research reports, optimization suggestions, etc., to maintain competitiveness in the industry;
  • Fully leverage internal resources within the company, continuously accumulate scenario and industry-specific solutions, assist the team in building replicable internal knowledge bases;
  • Maintain technical communication with IT vendors across various fields, summarize the real needs of front-line customers, quickly learn advanced technologies/solutions from vendors, establish good partnerships, achieve mutual benefits through complementary cooperation; be able to actively participate in vendor-related training arranged by the company and pass vendor-related certifications.
