Job Description:

• Prepare regular report using excel function, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

• Provide quality customers services

• Maintain up-to-date maintenance and repair work records

• Inventory control

• Provide logistics support and shipping arrangement

• Handle goods return and credit note to customers

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer service or repair service or maintenance service environment

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
