We’re looking for a strategic business development leader to identify new opportunities, forge key partnerships, and expand our market reach. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, developing plans that increase revenue, launch new initiatives, and strengthen our competitive edge. What You’ll Do:
· Hunt for new business opportunities—from new markets and product lines to acquisitions and partnerships.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, key suppliers, and internal teams.
· Analyze market trends and financial data to spot areas for growth and develop smart business plans.
· Lead initiatives to expand our business with existing accounts and secure new ones.
· Translate customer needs into actionable solutions, serving as the key link between suppliers, operations, and our clients.
· Measure and document the financial impact of your strategies, showing real cost savings and revenue growth.
What You Bring:
· 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic analysis, with a knack for negotiation and financial modeling.
· A talent for building trust and strong relationships with decision-makers, both internally and externally.
· The ability to quickly analyze opportunities, understand complex information, and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and lead training sessions.
· A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
· Knowledge of our industry (suppliers, customers, competitors) is a plus.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred; a High School Diploma with equivalent experience is required.
