Social media marketing assistant specialises in XHS
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily content planning and publication on the Xiao Hong Book (XHS) platform, including copywriting, image/video editing, topic setting and interactive design, to enhance brand exposure and user stickiness.
Monitor and analyze account data performance (such as exposure, interaction rate, fan growth, conversion path, etc.), regularly output operation reports, and optimize content strategy and publishing rhythm based on this.
Collaborate with design, product and sales teams, integrate brand tone and marketing goals, and produce native content that meets the target audience's preferences, thereby enhancing the sense of realism and trust of the persona.
Manage and maintain a cooperative KOC/KOL resource library, assist in executing content cooperation processes, including requirement communication, material review, effect tracking, and relationship maintenance.
Requirements:
Familiar with the ecology, user behavior and content logic of Xiaohongshu platform, with actual experience in operating Xiaohongshu accounts (personal or commercial accounts are both acceptable), and able to independently complete the whole process from planning to post-mortem.
Have basic visual aesthetics and multimedia processing abilities, and be familiar with using tools such as Quik, Canva, and Snapseed to create and optimize simple graphics and short videos.
Logical clarity, data sensitivity, and the ability to proficiently use third-party tools such as Xiaohongshu's creative backend, Qianhua, and Xueba for data extraction and analysis.
Strong sense of responsibility, good learning ability, able to adapt to the fast iteration environment of social platforms, and with cross-department collaboration awareness and basic project driving ability.
