Junior Beauty Consultant

Working range

• Assist sales companies with their treatments and products, providing professional beauty care advice

• Provide professional knowledge of laser/medical beauty care procedures to help customers improve skin problems

• Arrange telephone and online appointment services for customers, and follow up on treatment progress

• Respond to phone calls, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc. online consultation, provide immediate assistance

• Maintain customer treatment records, build good relationships, and enhance brand loyalty

• Assist the store manager with daily operations, administrative work, and special projects

The Scope of Work

• Assist in promoting and selling company treatments and products, providing professional beauty care advice

• Offer expert knowledge on laser/medical beauty treatments to help customers address skinconcerns

• Schedule and manage customer appointments via phone and online platforms

• Respond to inquiries through phone, Facebook, Whatsapp, and other online channels

• Maintain detailed customer treatment records and build strong relationships to enhance brand loyalty

• Support store managers with daily operations, administrative tasks, and special projects

Position requirements

• Strong interest in beauty and skin care, welcome young men/women to join

• Applicants with sales or customer service experience are preferred, but those with no experience can also apply

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers

• Be honest and hard-working, polite and friendly, and pay attention to service details

• Have a team spirit, and be able to work closely with colleagues

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English (with knowledge of Japanese or Korean is even better)

• Proficient in Chinese and English computer typing, able to handle administrative work

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are also encouraged

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English (knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus)
