Job Responsibilities:
A. Daily affairs management
1. Responsible for the boss's daily administrative affairs; assist in communication and services with customers.
2. Manage and maintain your supervisor's contact database, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Assist in handling personal and business documents, ensuring that all files are properly organized and archived.
4. Arrange and book various services, such as transportation, dining and other life-related needs.
Requirements:
I. Professional qualifications
1. College degree or above, those with a background in secretarial studies, business management or related fields are preferred.
2. Proficient in using office software, including the Microsoft Office suite and other common applications.
3. Have good Chinese and English skills, and be able to communicate fluently in writing and orally.
