Responsible for general office support work, including document processing, data input, file management and file sending, ensuring accurate and orderly clerical work.
Assist with human resources-related administrative affairs, such as employee attendance records, leave application data processing and internal notification publication.
Handle financial administrative work, including account data sorting, reimbursement document verification, and basic accounting record support.
Provide front-line customer service, greet visitors, answer inquiries, and assist with licensing or registration administrative procedures.
Support department operations, including court document processing, statistical data analysis and simple IT system operation and maintenance.
Work requirements
Have good Chinese (Cantonese) and English skills, be able to write and communicate fluently; understanding Mandarin is an added bonus.
Proficient in the use of computers and common office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data input systems.
No relevant work experience is required, fresh graduates or those entering the workforce are welcome to apply.
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid work visa, including Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent visa or other permit allowing work in Hong Kong.
