Costing Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Calculate and monitor food costs, perform recipe cost analysis, waste rate, and dish profit evaluation

• Use Excel to analyze procurement data, supplier performance, and market price fluctuations

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventories and verify system data

• Establish a procurement data dashboard to track key indicators such as cost ratios, usage differences, and procurement price differences

We need you to have:

• Have purchasing, cost control or relevant work experience, catering industry, hotel or food and beverage related industries are preferred

• Proficient in Excel advanced functions, able to handle and analyze large amounts of data flexibly

• Have good data analysis skills, be able to infer trends from data and formulate purchasing strategies

• Familiar with food cost calculation, inventory turnover, and food supply chain operations

• Prioritization for immediate employment
