Office Technician

<p><strong>Responsibilities/Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the maintenance and repairs in back office and clinic settings, including , electrical systems, drainage, and miscellaneous repairs</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments for the back office and clinics</li><li></li><li>Handle the procurement of parts and conduct simple price comparisons</li><li>Provide support for the relocation, renovation, or closure of offices and clinics to ensure smooth transitions</li><li>Supervise the work quality and maintenance projects of outsourced contractors</li><li>Assist in emergency call services, responding quickly to urgent maintenance needs</li><li>Perform any ad hoc tasks as required, adapting to changing operational needs</li><li>5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM)</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements/Experience Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years solid and relevant working experience in any field of industry with Certificate or Diploma in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)</li><li>Licence for Plumbing & Drainage (Priority to hire)</li><li>This is a permeant position with benefits, including medical (network doctor & dental), annual leaves (16 days) and annual discretionary bonus</li></ul><p></p><p>Interested applicants may apply directly via JobsDB website, or email<strong><u>Heidi.Tan@bupa.com.hk</u></strong> with your CV attached.
