Ba engineer

Position Responsibilities:

Work closely with various business departments to collect, analyze and clarify business requirements.

Document detailed business requirement documents and ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are met.

Data Analysis and Modeling: Use a variety of data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python) to analyze user behavior and market trends.

Develop data models to assist the team in understanding user needs and product development direction.

Solution Design: Assist product managers in designing and optimizing business processes to improve business efficiency and user experience.

Develop and provide practical solution recommendations to support the implementation of product and business strategies.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Proficient in Cantonese
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer-related fields.
3. Have IT experience, with more than 5 years of business analysis related experience in the Internet industry.
4. Have experience working as a BA for large systems, preferably in the medical industry.
5. Willing to travel on business.
6. Familiar with data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.).
7. Possess good analytical, problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
8. Preferred Qualifications: Hold project management certification (such as PMP). Familiar with agile development processes and tools (such as JIRA, Confluence).
