Assistant Customer Service Officer (Residential - Tseung Kwan O)

<p><strong><u>Working Location: Tseung Kwan O, 5.5 days per week, 9 working hours</u></strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>- Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties</strong></p><p><strong>- Manage counter services, facilities operation, and coordinate activities</strong></p><p><strong>- Provide high quality customer services</strong></p><p><strong>- Provide administrative support to the management</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>- Diploma holder or above in related disciplines</strong></p><p><strong>- Minimum 1 years’ experiences in customer service, with clubhouse service knowledge is an advantage</strong></p><p><strong>- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua</strong></p><p><strong>- Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills</strong></p><p><strong>- Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing</strong></p><p><strong>- Shift duty is required</strong></p><p><strong>- Immediate available is preferred</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>We offer ample opportunities for career development and attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
