Job Description
Responsible for the installation, upgrade, and basic operation problem solving of POS-related software.
Install, set up the driver, and print test.
Provide customer technical support by phone or on-site, quickly responding and solving problems.
Assist in writing technical documents or user manuals, and enhance customers’ ability to solve common problems on their own.
Have a post-secondary education in information technology, computer science or related fields.
Have basic computer hardware knowledge and Windows operating system experience.
Applicants with POS system or retail industry related technical support experience will be given priority.
Have independent problem-solving abilities, be able to accept field work and emergency support needs.
