Operation & Research Intern / Partime

Oversee and manage day-to-day operational tasks, including client account setup, documentation, and compliance monitoring.

Coordinate and track transactions, account funding, and portfolio rebalancing activities for clients.

Maintain accurate records of client accounts, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Interface with custodians, brokers, and third-party service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflows.

Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Conduct financial and market research to support the advisory team in developing investment strategies and recommendations.
