Residential Security Manager

4 years of security experience, including 2 years as a supervisor

Salary

Base salary $25000, attendance bonus $1000

Security Supervisor (Residential)

• Responsible for the planning and execution of daily security affairs in residential communities, ensuring resident safety and effective implementation of management measures
• Handling sudden events such as wind, fire, water, electricity, and coal; equipment failure, etc., and quickly making adjustments and reporting to relevant departments
• Supervise and guide the work arrangements and performance evaluation of subordinates, and enhance the overall quality of the team
• Maintain good communication and respond to complaints or inquiries from tenants and management companies, and maintain good customer relationships

1. Have 4 years of security-related work experience, of which at least 2 years are as a supervisor
3. Need to have good service attitude and customer service skills, be able to handle customer interactions and communication
4. Leadership skills, able to effectively lead the team to complete various security tasks

• Monthly base salary HK$25,000 or above
• Depending on attendance, an additional monthly HK$1,000 attendance bonus
