Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>1. Arrange meetings.<br>2. Handle payment of electricity and utility bills.<br>3. Communicate with building management.<br>4. Manage and procure office supplies.<br>5. Organize team-building activities and apply for related funding.<br>6. Work with other functions to ensure accuracy and timely support.<br> Provide support for expense reimbursements.<br>8. Provide administrative support to other teams.<br>9. Act as local support and collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as other employee-related matters during the course of employment (e.g., contacting employees, vendors, or government departments; mailing documents; scanning documents; and sharing them with the HR team).<br>10. File physical documents in the local filing cabinet.<br>11. Prepare physical workspace for new employees as needed.<br>12. Receive, process, and track sales orders, ensuring information accuracy and efficient fulfillment.<br>13. Manage sales documentation, process invoices, and perform other administrative duties to support the sales team.<br>14. Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and contracts; prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.<br>15. Maintain customer records, handle inquiries (via phone, email, or in person), and provide excellent customer service.<br>16. Provide other local support as needed.<br>17. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
